You need to install the add-on from Marketplace first:

Next, move to your Google Sheets, and navigate to Extensions > Cooltables.
Use the templates section to find this template. Click to copy it to the current spreadsheet.
Another way is to use the add-on sidebar menu. You'll find the "Templates" task, and be able to browse among other templates.

Input Your Data:
Enter your data values in column A. These represent the lengths of the bars.
Customize Bar Colors:
In column B, input the hexadecimal color codes you want for each bar. This allows you to customize the color for each row individually.
Set Bar Line Width:
Use column C to determine the width of the barâs outline. Enter a number where:
0 means the bar will be filled with the chosen color.
Any positive number specifies the outline thickness, leaving the bar unfilled.
Visualize and Adjust:
Observe the generated bars in the chart area.
Adjust the entries in columns A, B, and C to see instant updates in the chart, allowing for quick experimentation with different styles and visual effects.
Refine and Export:
Once satisfied with your visualization, you can keep the chart within Google Sheets or export it for use in reports or presentations, maintaining its vector-based quality.
