New Line for Each Value: With this approach, every new entry in column A automatically gets its own bordered row, making it ideal for lists, task management, or any structured data.
Dark Mode Aesthetics: This version uses a sleek dark theme to keep your data visually appealing. Itâs easy on the eyes and professional, while also being functional.
Light Mode Available: If you prefer a different aesthetic, there is also a light mode option available for similar use.
Setup

You need to install the add-on from Marketplace first:

Next, move to your Google Sheets, and navigate to Extensions > Cooltables.
Use the templates section to find this template. Click to copy it to the current spreadsheet.
Another way is to use the add-on sidebar menu. You'll find the "Templates" task, and be able to browse among other templates.

Adding New Values: When you add a new value in column A, the spreadsheet will automatically apply a new border to create a distinct line. This keeps your lists or tasks neatly separated.
Switching Between Modes: You can choose between dark mode (as shown) or light mode depending on your preference or project needs.
Import from Excel: You don't need to start by setting up conditional borders in Excel, and importing it to Sheets. We did it for you. To use this in your sheet, load the template, and copy the formatting to your sheet.
