You need to install the add-on from Marketplace first:

Next, move to your Google Sheets, and navigate to Extensions > Cooltables.
Use the templates section to find this template. Click to copy it to the current spreadsheet.
Another way is to use the add-on sidebar menu. You'll find the "Templates" task, and be able to browse among other templates.

Prepare Your Data:
Organize your data into three main arrays for sizes, fills, and colors. You may use rows of data, columns, or both
Each array should correspond to the data points you wish to visualize.
Insert the Formula:
Use the INDEX and LET functions to integrate your arrays into the chart.
The formula structure is =INDEX(LET(sizes, fills, colors), ...).
Replace placeholder values with your specific data ranges.
Customize Further:
Experiment with different color gradients for better visual differentiation.
Adjust bubble sizes to reflect varying data magnitudes or importance.
Analyze and Share:
Use the bubble chart to analyze trends or patterns in your data.
Share your enhanced, visually appealing data analysis with colleagues or stakeholders. The vector chart will look great on any scale.
